A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the hotel for arrival on Monday, January 21, 2008, and departure on Wednesday, January 23, 2008. Make sure you identify yourself as a member of the Assessing Public Health Impacts of Risk Management Decisions Meeting to receive the group rate. THE ROOM BLOCK WILL BE IN EFFECT AT THE GOVERNMENT RATE UNTIL MONDAY, December 17, 2007, ONLY. ANY ROOM RESERVATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THAT DATE WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A SPACE AND RATE AVAILABILITY BASIS. Please note that reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before your date of arrival or you will be charged for 1 nights room and tax.

Driving From Raleigh–Durham International Airport:
Follow 1-40 West to Exit 278, which is the Apex/Highway 55 exit. Go left at the light at the end of the ramp. Turn left at the first light, which is Meridian Parkway. The hotel is the second building on the left.
Hotel Shuttle Service:
The DoubleTree Guest Suites has a complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel that is available from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Use the courtesy phone in the airport baggage claim area to call the hotel to arrange for pickup.
Taxi Service:
Use the courtesy phone in the airport baggage claim area to call for taxi service to the hotel (approximately $15).
DIRECTIONS TO THE EPA CAMPUS, RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK
Driving Directions:
From the hotel, turn right onto Highway 55. Go to the third traffic light and turn left onto Highway 54. Go to the second light, and turn right on TW Alexander Drive. Travel 0.7 miles. EPA is on the left side of the street. Go 0.3 miles to the stoplight and turn left into the main entrance of the EPA-RTP Campus. Visitors must stop at the Guards station to show photo identification and get a parking pass. Continue past the National Computer Center on the left as you come up the driveway and follow the signs to the Main Campus entrance and visitors lot.
