Submission of Comments
As stated in "Human Studies Review Board; Notice of Public Meeting and Proposed Candidates for Membership to the Board", 71 Fed. Reg. 46, 12194, although written comments will be accepted at any time, for comments to be considered by the HSRB as it deliberates on its report, comments should be submitted prior to the meeting. Comments submitted after the meeting will be provided to the Board members, but submitters should recognize that the Board members may not have time to consider those comments prior to making a decision.
