The current version of Southern Rockies 10 - digit HUCs were hand
delineated by EPA Region 8 based on the distribution of heavy metal
mines occurances for the Region 8 1994 - 1995 REMAP project. These
HUCs are a temporary placeholder until the official state/NRCS/USGS
version is available.
