DESCRIPTION

This document represents Volume IV (of V) of the public comments received in response to the
proposed inorganic chemical listing determination and rulemaking and EPA's responses to each
comment.

ABSTRACT

In response to the proposed listing determination for wastes generated by inorganic chemical
manufacturing (65 FR 55684), EPA received 44 comments from industry trade associations,
individual inorganic chemical manufacturing facilities, and waste management companies.  This
document presents Volume IV (of V) of the comments (and the Agency's responses), organized
by comment in the order received by the EPA docket.
