Albuquerque Project XL Selection Announcement

      Mr. Gregg Cooke,  U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Regional Administrator, will sign the Agency's approval for the city of Albuquerque to participate in Project XL, a program that allows flexibility in meeting environmental regulations in exchange for enhanced environmental protection.

      Albuquerque's wastewater treatment system will shift resources from testing and monitoring to pollution prevention.
