WASHINGTON – Today at 12 p.m. EDT the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will host a background conference call with reporters on the steps EPA is taking under the Clean Air Act to carry out President Obama’s Climate Action Plan to cut carbon pollution.
