Advisory Committee on Toxic Chemicals Underway; Membership selected

(10/09/03) The Agency has selected 16 members to serve on the National Pollution Prevention and Toxics Advisory Committee (NPPTAC). This committee will provide advice, information and recommendations on the overall policy and programs undertaken by the Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT) in areas such as: risk assessment, management and communication; pollution prevention; and coordination with Federal, State/Tribal government agencies and stakeholders in OPPT’s chemical management and prevention programs.
