Washington, D.C. -- Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Carol Browner and Agriculture Secretary Dan Glickman will hold a press conference to announce actions the Clinton-Gore Administration is taking to eliminate the fuel additive MTBE in order to protect America’s water resources and to promote the use of renewable additives, like ethanol.
