U.S. EPA TO HOLD PUBLIC WORKSHOP, HEARING ON INJECTION WELLS

EVENTS: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency  (U.S. EPA)  invites the public to an evening information workshop to discuss U.S. EPA's draft Underground Injection Control (UIC) permit to Maui County for existing injection wells at the Lahaina Wastewater Reclamation Facility. Interested parties will have the opportunity to review the draft p permit information and ask representatives of the U.S.EPA, Hawaii Department of Health, and Maui County to answer                            he workshop will be followed the next day by an evening public
hearing to solicit verbal and/or written comments from the public on                                         the proposed permit.
