EPA Funds Eight Education Efforts in Oregon

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Eight recipients in Oregon have been awarded environmental education grants from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, with the largest grants going to the Center for Science Education at Portland State University ($19,181), to McKenzie School District No. 68 ($14,000) and to Sherwood School District No. 88J ($11,130).
Announcement of the grants was made today by Chuck Clarke, EPA's Northwest regional administrator in Seattle.
