EPA recognizes environmental leaders in Montana

      Denver -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will recognize members of tribes, state employees and federal employees, including EPA staff members for outstanding achievements in public health and environmental protection. From cleaning up Superfund sites, enforcement actions, wetlands and water quality protection, air quality improvement and preserving tribal lands, these individuals performed exceptional work. Region 8's Deputy Regional Administrator Jack McGraw will be on hand to present the awards at a ceremony September 4th 2002 at 9:30 a.m. in Suite B of the Baucus Federal Building. The ceremony is open to the public and refreshments will be served.

Citation - For outstanding support to tribes and EPA in the protection of water quality and fishery habitat
