2006 FUNDING FOR NATIONAL BROWNFIELDS PROGRAM

Jim Gulliford, administrator for EPA Region 7, will announce President Bush’s 2006 budget request for the national Brownfields Program at a St. Louis event Friday. Rodney Crim, executive director of the St. Louis Development Corp., will host the event and discuss the value of brownfields redevelopment for the community.

The event will be at The Georgian Condominiums, a new development built on a former brownfield site in the old City Hospital complex.
