EPA Postpones April 13 Public Meeting and Hearing on Jordan Development Disposal Well

CHICAGO (April 8, 2011) - Due to uncertainty regarding appropriations for the federal government, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is postponing an April 13th public meeting and public hearing on a proposed underground injection permit for Jordan Development. The meeting and hearing were scheduled to be held at Springdale Township Hall, corner of Glovers Lake Rd (602) and Lake Rd (669) in Springdale, Michigan.

EPA will reschedule the public meeting and public hearing.
