Through greater collaboration, improved technology, and focused enforcement, EPA will better ensure U.S. imports are safe and comply with our tough environmental standards. EPA has a history of preventing and reducing the risks of illegal imports, and this action plan makes the message clear: America will not tolerate the importation of harmful products or goods.
