CHICAGO (mmm dd, 2005) — Experts will discuss Lake Michigan and Great Lakes beaches at conferences at the KI Convention Center, 333 Main St., in Green Bay, Wis., on Wednesday and Thursday, Nov. 2 and 3. Scientists and beach managers will present the latest research on environmental issues affecting the lake, Green Bay and Great Lakes beaches such as rotting algae, sources of bacteria leading to closures of Door County beaches, tourism and the health of Green Bay fisheries. Reporters are invited to attend any of the sessions.
