Insulation Foam and Roofing Inc., (IFR) of Jackson, Miss., was indicted on Sept. 23, in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi in Hattiesburg for illegally transporting and disposing of hazardous wastes in violation of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. It is alleged that IFR transported drums of hazardous waste without a permit and illegally dumped them on property in Jefferson Davis County between September 1994 and September 1995.
