EPA Employee Honored for Superior Service

PHILADELPHIA -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency presented a bronze medal for superior service to Bhupi Khona of Voorhees, N.J. for his participation in the safe cleanup of hazardous soils at the Drake Superfund site in Lock Haven, Pa.  Mr. Khona, a remedial project manager, has worked for over nine years at EPA.

"Mr. Khona deserves applause for his hard work.  Thanks to him, the mid-Atlantic region is a cleaner, safer place to live," said W. Michael McCabe, EPA regional administrator.
