Today Thursday: EPA hosts (telephone only) government press briefing on ongoing Enbridge oil spill response

MARSHALL, MI. (Sept. 16, 2010) – On behalf of the Unified Command, EPA officials, along with federal, state and county representatives will hold a media briefing today - BY CONFERENCE CALL ONLY - regarding the ongoing response to the Enbridge oil spill in Michigan's Kalamazoo River. EPA has the role of Federal On-Scene Coordinator for this incident.

The CONFERENCE CALL briefing will take place at 3:00 PM EDT.

Officials with Enbridge will separately brief the media immediately following the government briefing ON THE SAME CONFERENCE LINE.
