RCRA PERMIT PROGRAM COMPENDIUM REVISED

EPA's Office of Solid Waste has completed the third revision of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Permit Policy compendium. The original compendium, an 11-volume set of agency memoranda, letters, directives and other documents that helped to establish the RCRA permit program was complete through September 1990. The first revision updated the compendium through December 1991, and the second revision included documents through June 1993. The latest revision includes documents through April 30, 1994. A new keyword index is included with the revision, both in hard copy and on disk. The latest revision of the compendium is available through the national Technical Information Service (NTIS) at 703-487-4650. The NTIS ordering number for the third revision is PB95-109-773. The original 11-volume set is also available through NTIS; ordering number PB92-111-707. The ordering number is PB92-182-518 for the first revision and PB94-100-252 for the second revision.
