The Moss Soap and Chemical Site is located in a light industrial area, approximately mile from a residential area. The Moss family operated a soap and chemical manufacturing facility at this location since the 1940s. Raw materials were blended and repackaged for sale to industrial and janitorial clients in the Miami area.
