WASHINGTON — U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Assistant Administrator Cynthia Giles and Assistant Attorney General Ignacia S. Moreno will hold a media-only conference call Thursday to unveil two major Clean Air Act settlements affecting 28 industrial plants nationwide.
