EPA and DOJ to Announce Record Pollution Settlement

Granta Y. Nakayama, EPA Assistant Administrator for Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, and Acting Assistant Attorney General Ron Tenpas will hold a press conference to announce a record pollution settlement on Oct. 9, 2007 at 9 a.m. EDT.
