U.S. EPA Administrator Carol M. Browner will address the Regional Air Quality Summit in Houston, Texas, on Clinton Administration efforts to work with states and cities to provide Americans with clean, healthy air at 12:15 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24. Browner will give remarks on the importance to the American people of strong public health standards and discuss the role of cities and states in achieving the goal of improved air quality.
