WHAT: Discussion of Caterpillar's commitment to retrofit all land-based equipment at the Port of Cleveland with diesel emission-reducing retrofit devices verified by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's National Clean Diesel Campaign. Retrofit technology will be displayed and explained.
