EPA Administrator Whitman; Customs Commissioner Bonner to Announce Plans for Efficient Sharing of Imports Information; Includes Homeland Security Goals

(01/14/03) EPA Administrator Christie Whitman and Customs Commissioner Robert C. Bonner will sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) which clarifies existing guidelines for the transmittal to EPA of confidential information on imported toxic chemicals, pesticides and other products regulated by EPA for use within the United States.
