PROJECT XL AGREEMENTS NOW TOTAL 46
Three agreements were reached this week under EPA’s Project XL program, making a total of 46 agreements to date. Project XL, which stands for eXcellence and Leadership, is an initiative designed to test innovative ways of achieving better and less costly public health and environmental protection and greater accountability to stakeholders. Providing flexibility for companies and communities that strive to attain environmental superior results is a key element of Project XL.
