Oklahoma Commission awarded $85,000 from EPA for emissions training

(Dallas, Texas – February 18, 2009) The Environmental Protection Agency has awarded $85,000 to the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission to provide state oil and gas producers with greenhouse gas reduction training and technical assistance. Training for the project will involve promoting source reductions to limit natural gas-related methane and hydrogen sulfide emissions throughout Oklahoma.
