The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has rescheduled its announcement on the volume of toxic chemicals released into the environment during 1996 for Thursday, June 18 at 12 p.m., noon. EPA Assistant Administrator for Prevention, Pesticides and Toxic Substances Dr. Lynn Goldman will discuss pollution trends highlighted in the 1996 report and other recent initiatives taken to broaden EPA’s toxic chemical right-to-know program.
