Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Carol M. Browner will participate in a roundtable discussion sponsored by the New Castle County Executive and the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce on quality-of-life issues. The roundtable will feature presentations by officials who are involved in livability and growth issues. They will offer their views on measures Delaware communities can consider and tools that are available to create and sustain livable communities. The details of the event are:
