U.S. EPA WILL ANNOUNCE DRAFT BORDER XXI ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN

    The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will announce the release of Border XXI Document, a binational plan which outlines actions to improve environmental conditions along the U.S./Mexico border.
