The second in a three-part webinar series about climate change adaptation for state and local governments, this webinar addressed the challenge of planning for climate change in the face of uncertainty. Using presentations and an interactive panel, experts discussed how to look at historical information to understand future vulnerability and how to use downscaling tools that are appropriate for local governments of various sizes and capacities.
