Projection Tool(1 pg, 3 MB)
This zip file contains the Projection Tool and an accompanying Energy Consumption Projection Tool. The Projection tool allows users to create a simple forecast of all emissions through 2030, based on historical emissions from the 1990-2014 timeframe. The Energy Consumption Projection Tool will help project your state's energy consumption from 2015 through 2030, based on downscaled regional energy consumption projections to the state level.
