Customer Incentives for Energy Efficiency Through Program Offerings is a product of the National Action Plan for Energy Efficiency. It summarizes the approaches used by energy efficiency program administrators when assessing incentives to be used in energy efficiency programs. The scope of this brief is limited to financial incentives and services offered through public policy–driven programs aimed primarily at utility customers.
