This presentation provides an overview and step-by-step instructions for the Statistical Module of the AVoided Emissions and geneRation Tool (AVERT), a free tool with a simple user interface designed to evaluate county-level emissions displaced at electric power plants by energy efficiency and renewable energy policies and program by inputting AMP data, performing a statistical analysis, and ouputs new regional data files.
