WASHINGTON - On Tuesday, September 1, US EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy will deliver keynote remarks at the Environmental Council of the States' (ECOS) Fall Meeting in Newport, Rhode Island. Administrator McCarthy will speak on the importance of EPA's partnership with states in protecting vulnerable communities, acting on climate, and improving the way we do business with the public.
