WASHINGTON – Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Gina McCarthy, Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch and other federal officials will hold a press conference today, Wednesday January 11, 2017, at 1:30 P.M. EST to announce criminal and civil resolutions with Volkswagen.
