WASHINGTON - Today at 4 p.m. EDT, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will hold an on-the-record media conference call on the Clean Power Plan. The Clean Power Plan is a historic and important step that will cut U.S. carbon pollution, which fuels climate change and impacts the health and well-being of all Americans.
