Peer Review of Valuing Methane Emissions in Benefit-Cost Analyses

This paper illustrates how EPA could apply the social cost of CH4 (SC-CH4) estimates developed in Marten et al. (2014) to improve upon the current treatment of methane impacts in regulatory analysis so that they need not be implicitly assigned a value of zero in USG policy assessment.
