On January 29, 2015, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Army signed a memorandum withdrawing the "U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and U.S. Department of the Army Interpretive Rule Regarding the Applicability of Clean Water Act Section 404(f)(1)(A)."
