Air pollution maps obtained from Karl Hermann in Arc Grid format. Individual pixels were represent estimates of wet deposition in units of "kg per hectare times 100", and are 180 m x 180 m in size. Each pixel was labeled with deposition estimates for several years, the years 1987 and 1993 were arbitrarily selected for this analysis. The air pollution maps were overlaid with rasterized masks of watershed boundaries, created at 180 meter resolution from the watershed map known as huc_clip. Each watershed was 'clipped' from the air pollution map, and the mean values reported by ARC/INFO's GRID subsystem were obtained. These values were used as-is in the assessment analysis.
