The comments included submissions via electronic mail as
well as fax and hard copy. The following tables list commentors
and the size of the associated Adobe
Acrobat format (pdf) files which may be viewed or downloaded.
Where electronic versions were sent, these were used in preference
to scanning a hard copy in order to minimize file sizes, but
these may omit some items such as letterhead graphics and
signatures which were included in the hard copies. The first
table includes files received with a postmark date by the
deadline for public comments, August 28, 2000. Several additional
comments were received after this date, and are listed
in the second table on this page.
