Response to Comments
EPA's Office of Civil Rights received a number of written comments on its January 1998 "Draft Demographic Information" and April 1998 Draft Revised Demographic Information for Title VI Administrative Complaint File No. 4R-97-R6 (concerning the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality air permit for the proposed Shintech facility located in St. James Parish). On May 1, 1998, OCR issued a response to comments memorandum.
