Proposed Definition of Gasoline Dispensing Facility (GDF)
nClarify our intent to include all stationary facilities that dispense gasoline into the fuel tanks of all end users (public & private)
nProposing a new definition to reflect that intent
nMost of these smaller end users will not have throughputs that require submerged fill nor vapor balancing.
