Debra R. Cochran
Ms. Cochran is a Purchasing Agent and Property Officer in GWERD's Technical and Administrative Support Staff. She also serves as the division's Special Emphasis Program Manager. She holds a B.S. in Accounting from East Central University and has completed several contracting officer training courses. She is currently warranted to execute contracts up to $25,000.00. Ms. Cochran has been employed at the Kerr Center since 1983 when she started as a high school stay-in-school student. She also worked for eight years as an accountant with ManTech, an onsite technical support contractor.
