Rebecca Foster
Rebecca Foster is the Technology Transfer Specialist in the US EPA Office of Research and Development (ORD), National Risk Management Research Laboratory (NRMRL), Ground Water & Ecosystems Restoration Division (GWERD). She has worked at the Robert S. Kerr Environmental Research Center since 1993; as the Technology Transfer Specialist since 2009. Ms. Foster has a B.S. degree in Physics from East Central University.
Previously, Ms. Foster worked as an inorganics and FTIR laboratory analyst for ManTech Environmental Research Services Corp. and as Laboratory Operations Manager for Shaw Environmental Inc., on-site contractors, at the Robert S. Kerr Research Center. As Technology Transfer Specialist, her duties include serving as facilitator for scientific and technical products, developing technical material for the public and the media, developing web content for the GWERD web site, and responding to on-line and telephone inquiries from the public. She is the Document Control Officer for the receipt of confidential business information.
