Curtis Cooper
Dr. Cooper is a post-doctoral Soil Scientist for EPA. He earned his M.S. in Watershed Science and his Ph.D. in Soil Science from Colorado State University. His research has centered on agricultural water and soil quality, emphasizing salinity and nutrients. His current research centers on the effect of road salts. He also serves on the steering committee for developing the EPA’s Watershed Central Web site.
Dr. Cooper’s research area is watershed management.
